Shivi Pandey

Shivi Pandey is a Practice Director at Everest Group and a member of the Global Sourcing team. In her role, she assists global enterprises in driving their Global Business Services (GBS) / Shared Services growth and evolution strategies. She is responsible for managing Everest Group’s shared services membership offerings and leading advisory projects in the retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) domains.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Shivi worked as a Strategy Research Manager at The Smart Cube, where she led custom research engagements for consulting clients. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University, India.
